Opening the Energy Gates and Loosening

This exercise is taken from Crane Style Qigong. It develops a calm feeling of flowing and porosity.

Stand relaxed, feet shoulderwith apart. Then lift up your rounded arms and focus your awareness into the middle of both palms. Then feel into your elbows, the sholder joints, down the spine to your waist, the knees and the ankles.

Imagine a feeling of being soaked by clear water flowing down through your body and enjoy the heavy relaxes feeling of gravity.

This opens up the meridians, the qi gates for energy flow.
