With these online-programs you can do something for your health at Taiji Tai Chi, whenever you feel like it. They are very effective e. g. in relieving stress and reducing stress-induced illnesses - provided you practise on a regular basis!

The Society for Holistic Meditation was founded in 2002 at the university of Hamburg (Germany) to investigate methods of meditation. Scientific research programs in cooperation with several health institutions have been conducted on meditation,  breathwork, energy focusing and health promotion.

Seminars all over Europe with Eastern experts  will be held in the near future. In the meantime you are welcome to benefit from our online meditation programs.
